I’m so glad this sequence exists! I can not watch for e-book 2 now!! This was a beautiful cozy thriller with an incredible canine everybody will fall in love with and quirky characters to maintain you laughing!
When Maddy inherits her not too long ago handed nice aunt’s dwelling, bakery, and canine, she’s undoubtedly in over her head. She’s glad to simply promote all of it and get the cash for extra sneakers, besides that there’s a clause on this will. She can’t simply promote it, she’s received to stay in the home, run the bakery, and look after the canine. When a homicide and a hearth happen in her very newly acquired bakery, her entire life turns the other way up as she finds that she needs to seek out the assassin and save the bakery!
Maddy is a personality who you may very simply NOT like. She’s grown up privileged and intensely spoiled, and but, she’s wonderful!! She’s received a beautiful coronary heart, and whereas she’s received some flaws, she’s tremendous prepared to stretch and develop and be taught!
I liked her and the canine collectively. Their relationship development was lovely, and I can’t watch for extra of it! In addition to these two characters, there’s a slew of aspect characters that create so many moments of laughter. I’m certain that is going to be a sequence that I pre-buy sooner or later as a result of I can not wait to see what occurs subsequent for these characters!
My solely concern with this story was that I assumed the ending and wrap-up occurred tremendous quick. I used to be so invested within the story, and I might have fortunately learn one or two extra chapters to fill it out a bit extra. Overall although, this was a strong story, and I extremely advocate it for readers of cozy mysteries!!
